Accessing your e-mail via the web


To access your College e-mail via the World Wide Web, you have 2 options:

Directly via Student WEBmail

  1. Enter the following URL into the location or address bar of your favourite browser:
    https://learn.senecac.on.ca
  2. you will be re-routed to the page entitled "Student HelpDesk". Click on the "WEBmail" button located on the far left side of the webpage towards the bottom.

  3. You will see the screen "My.Seneca Student WEBmail". You will be asked to enter your "Username" and "Password". Your Username is your My.Seneca (Learn) Name (ID) (indicated on the Confirmation of Registration form); you created the password during the account activation process (see Activating your Account). After entering your Username and Password, click "Login" to access the web-based e-mail.

  4. If you have correctly entered the information and your e-mail account is active, you will be presented with the My.Seneca Student WEBmail screen. For instructions on using the client, click the "Help" button near the upper right corner of the window.

Via MySeneca

  1. Enter the following URL into the location or address bar of your favourite browser:
    https://my.senecacollege.ca
  2. You will be presented with a page entitled "MySeneca Blackboard Learning System". Located in the centre of the page below Welcome is the "Login Here" box.

  3. You will be asked to enter your "Username" and "Password". Your Username is your My.Seneca (Learn) Name (ID) (indicated on the Confirmation of Registration form); you created the password during the account activation process (see Activating your Account). After entering your Username and Password, click "Login".

  4. Once you login, locate the box titled My.Seneca WEBmail. Under Get my mail through you will be given two options: Netscape Mail or WEBmail

You can access your e-mail via the web from anywhere on the Internet using the instructions in this section.
